Sumida releases two new part types of its AEC-Q200 SMD shielded metal power inductors.

The new CDSM12D63T150 and CDSM70D52T150 are the new AEC-Q200 qualified power inductors. They cover a wide inductance range up to 100uH compared to the existing Sumida offering.

To enhance the reliability, wire / termination connection points are located on the outside of the core, while the existing Sumida power SMD inductors have the one inside of the core instead.

Key Features

• AEC-Q200 qualified
• Magnetically shielded, SMD structure
• Withstand voltage: DC70V guaranteed
• Operational Temperature range: -55°C ~ +150°C (including self-heating)

Applications

• High-power DC/DC converters, LED Head Lighting
